Dit is conform de regulering die de Europese Unie onlangs heeft ingevoerd voor bellen en gebeld worden in het buitenland. De Europese Unie heeft nieuwe regels ingevoerd voor de tarieven voor bellen en gebeld worden in het buitenland. Conform deze regels past T-Mobile haar roamingtarieven per 12 augustus 2007 aan. Voor het bellen vanuit een ander EU-land dan Nederland naar een vast of mobiel nummer in een EU-land gaan T-Mobile klanten 0,58 eurocent per minuut incl. BTW betalen.
