The Samsung S-series cell phones will be extended with a new model: the Samsung S5620 Monte. The few Samsung S5620 phone specifications that have been leaked indicate an advanced full-touch Samsung smartphone with Wi-Fi as well as 3G support. The internal memory of the Samsung Monte smartphone will have 200 MB, but can be extended with a microSD / microSDHC memory card. Next to the WiFi and 3G support, GPS and HSDPA will also be supported. The display will have a 3-inch format, but it is unknown if the Samsung S56020 Monte phone will have an AMOLED type screen. We expect to hear more about the Samsung Monte during the Mobile World Congress 2010.

The first rumors about the Motorola Zeppelin smartphone seem to suggest an Android 1.5, while we had at first expected it to be an Android version 2.

The information is still quite scarce, but the mentioning of the existence of the Toshiba TG02, due to the approval by the FCC, seems to be true. The TG01 was one of the first smartphones for which speed and a large display were important specifications. Last year during the Mobile World Congress, the TG01 was presented, but the expected success has not been achieved. Quickly, competing, comparable smartphones appeared on the market with improvements on especially the small details that the TG01 did not fulfill. Toshiba has watched the competition at work for a year now and has been able to reach its conclusions. Will the Toshiba TG02 be able to surpass the competition?
