Just in time for back-to-school, Sprint customers now have access to more family safety services than ever before. Sprint announced that Family Watchdog, a free resource for mapping addresses of registered sex offenders, is now available on select Sprint phones. In addition, the popular Sprint Family Locator service is now available on more than 100 locatable phone models, including the new MUZIQ by LG and the popular UpStage by Samsung. Sprint Family Locator is also a sponsor of the America's Most Wanted Safety Center, an online site providing tips to keep families safe.

petitively-priced alternative to WiFi starting this summer, when from 2 July Vodafone drops its laptop data roaming prices to e12 per day (excl. VAT) for wireless roaming across Vodafone subsidiaries in Europe, Egypt, Australia and New Zealand, and with partners in France, Switzerland, Austria and Belgium (see Notes to Editors). With 'Vodafone Connect Abroad' customers will be able to use their laptops when overseas to surf the internet, check emails and access their company intranet, whether they are sitting in a hotel room, in a cafe or on the beach.

Using GO Networks Wi-Fi base stations, powered by GO's advanced xRF adaptive beamforming smart-antenna technology, Monzoon is able to extend its current broadband service to include high-quality, outdoor Wi-Fi coverage. Monzoon enables access to a range of operators via enhanced roaming and service selection capabilities and enables its customers to connect directly to their own ISPs through the Monzoon open Wi-Fi network.
