You can almost time the amount of mobile phone information leaks appearing, which seems to grow with the season. The heat is on with the upcoming MWC 2010 in February 2010. Now we can see the Samsung S5150 cell phone making an appearance. It is a basic cell phone geared towards the female consumer. Whether this means that it will be the new Samsung Lady phone for 2010 seems unlikely due to the lack of 3G support, but the Samsung S5150 could be a good candidate, in terms of design. The new Samsung S5150 Olivia clamshell phone has a compact format and is equipped with a sort of hidden display, where the time and call information appears.

High resolution digital cameras are no longer an exception on mobile phones. It started a few years ago with an integrated VGA camera, which we thought to be very innovative at the time. Currently, however, there are phones on the market featuring an 8.0 or even 12.0 Megapixel camera. Yet the difference in quality does not go unnoticed. Whereas all the attention seems to go to the snapshot camera, the video capture function seems to have been pushed into the background a little bit. However, the Samsung HD now changes this, and actually emphasizes a HD video function.

If you are a fan of music phones in a slider form factor, you may find yourself interested in the new Samsung M3310. Sources have provided us with information about the new Samsung sibling, which indicates we're dealing with an initial Russian introduction. However, it could also very well be possible we will come to witness a European model. In 2008, Samsung introduced the F400 in the same segment as the Samsung M3310. Upon opening the M3310 phone, a speaker pops out, which allows you to enjoy your own music. Whether we will find a powerful Bang & Olufsen amplifier, like applied to the Samsung F400, in the M3310 remains to be seen.

According to several sources, Samsung Mobile will soon introduce a new, so-called DUAL-SIM phone. The Samsung C6112 is such a Dual SIM cell phone, and is expected to be introduced this year just in time for the holiday season. It is currently not yet clear as to which region the Samsung C6112 is meant for. A DUAL-SIM phone is particularly useful for those who want to keep their corporate and private calls separated, yet don't want to walk around with two different cell phones. It is also convenient to use the second SIM for a local provider if you spend a lot of time abroad, in order to keep the costs of calls effectively low.
