In addition to a 3.0 Megapixel digital camera, Bluetooth and a radio, this phone offers something we have never seen before on a mobile phone: it has two monitors. A common TFT monitor and a touchscreen. The touchscreen is intelligent and offers help, and shows the buttons you need at a specific moment in time. But does this add to the user-friendliness, that's the question.
