Nokia Lumia 520 conclusion

T he Nokia Lumia 520 is currently the cheapest smartphone with the Windows Phone 8 operating system. Unfortunately, the application selection of the Windows Phone market is not as extensive as that of the Android or the iOS market, but the most popular apps are also available for Windows Phone smartphones. Additionally, Nokia has a number of very handy apps pre-installed on the Lumia 520, such as HERE Maps and HERE Drive. The 5-megapixel camera can shoot nice photos, as long as there is sufficient light, and the videos are also of reasonable quality. Unfortunately, the Nokia Lumia 520’s screen is difficult to read with too much sunlight. In bad weather, you will also appreciate the fact that you can operate the 4-inch touch screen with gloves on. With an attractive retail price of € 170, we can conclude that this Nokia smartphone is certainly value for money and maybe even the best (Windows Phone) smartphone available for less than € 200.
