The built-in 2.0 megapixel digital still and video camera has been designed in full retro style. Sadly however, it isn’t all that positive this time. Launching the camera application takes about 3 seconds, and if you want to take a picture next, even without autofocus or flash, you will have to wait another 4 seconds before you get to see a preview.

During testing, many times the object I had been so keen to capture, had left before I could actually take the picture. You will not become the new Anton Corbijn with this phone, but if you just want to capture a nice memory, the Nokia Supernova is suitable enough, providing the light conditions are good. Simple settings, such as a frame or a self-timer, are also available on the Nokia 7310 Supernova mobile phone.

O bviously, the Nokia 7310 Supernova will allow you to play the latest songs from the charts. In addition to MP3 support, the mobile phone also supports MPEG4 video files. This means you can also play your favorite movies on your mobile phone. Besides using the included stereo headset, you can also play the sound through the speaker. The latter is not of a quality that would let you create your own disco; however, there is nothing wrong with listening to your music in a quiet spot. If you want to listen to the built-in FM radio, you do need the headset, since it also serves as frequency receiver. On the other hand, you can still listen to the radio through the speaker, thanks to the RDS support.
