First impression of the Samsung Beat M7600
The packaging of the Samsung Beat mobile phone has been kept simple, however; it's music all over. The phone with its music player is displayed across the entire package, including the various DJ accessories. Inside the package, you will find a data cable, a headset, a battery charger, a small software CD and manuals. The cell phone features a remarkable design. The fairly large touchscreen has a silver lining, and the top and bottom side are entirely curved. Below the screen, also in a curve, three buttons are positioned and to the side, you will find the volume buttons, a dedicated camera button and a slide to lock the monitor or to open the music player.

Widgets, the well-known shortcuts, are found in a sliding bar on the left side of the main screen and will let you organize the main screen of the Samsung Beat M7600 handset at your own preference. You will be able to place shortcuts for applications such as YouTube, the Weather and Google, on the start screen. Three quick buttons are available at the bottom to operate the phone list, the menu and the keypad to select and number. In addition to using the menu button, the Samsung Beat phone also lets you access the menu by sliding your finger from right to left on the main screen.
