Omar Munie, a huge talent in the field of bags, presented the bags with radiant and convincing charm. Omar Munie then continued to hog the limelight by offering Yfke Sturm a unique bag of which only a few exist.

Omar Munie has been active as a designer of handmade leather bags, among which handbags, laptop bags and overnight bags, in The Hague (the Netherlands) since 2002. Omar’s colorful designs are extremely exclusive, since only 25 pieces are made of each model. The bags are now sold in over 11 shops in the Netherlands, among which the 'Maison de Bonneterie' in The Hague and Amsterdam. Omar's bags are also sold at Macy's in New York, as well as at shops in Valencia (Spain), Lech (Switzerland) and Dubai (UAE). Prices are between 300 and 700 euros.

Omar Munie considers the Netherlands as his homeland and likes to present himself as a designer from The Hague with the added special feature that his bags are 'Made in Holland'. Besides designing bags, Omar Munie has a special story. Omar was born into a Somali family of tailors, escaping from his country at the age of 9 with his brothers and sister and ending up in the Netherlands. Omar resided in various asylum seeking centers for years, until he finally received his permit to stay, which was only 4 years ago. Omar Munie is the inspiring example of a refugee who saw and took his chance, and became a success with his international business. 1.5 years ago, he successfully completed the School for Fashion&Dress in The Hague and was awarded with title 'Star of the Year' by the school. Recently, he also joined a new campaign aimed at the secondary education in the Netherlands called 'MBO Roadshow Marshals'. This is a Dutch national project for which Omar visits a number of secondary schools together with famous Dutch people to offer motivating speeches to the scholars. Aim is to stimulate scholars, to motivate them and spark enthusiasm about their schooling, and to encourage the young ones to pursue their dreams. Thanks to Munie’s high quality bags, his drive and performance, Munie is truly the personification of young, driven and successful. According to his pay-off; 'This is exclusive, this is handmade, this is Omar Munie'.

Next, the public was able to admire the fashion line of the Collection PRC (Persy Irausquin). Yfke Sturm added in a special way by appearing in a dress made by Persy Irausquin himself, never before shown on a catwalk. A small ode to a great Fashion icon! Percy Irausquin was founder of the Collection PRC. The Aruban-Dutch fashion designer was one of the most talented designers in the Netherlands. He designed fashion for leading celebrities and was adopted by leading magazines such as 'Elle' and 'Marie Claire'. The fashion designer, who sadly passed away last year, was rewarded during his career with the 'Dutch Designer Award' and the title 'Dutch Designer of the Year'. After the creations he designed under the name of 'Percy Irausquin', he brought out his last creations under the name of 'Collection PRC'. Collection PRC honors the memory of Percy and designs exciting and challenging collections with the woman in all her beautiful forms as its basis.
