Samsung i550 review conclusion

Samsung i550 review conclusion

Samsung business phone

The Samsung i-550 is a solid cell phone with a sleek design. The device is on the large side, however, it might therefore also be more attractive. The mobile phone features a built-in GPS receiver and navigation software. Unfortunately, the navigation software is a trial version, although it can be purchased fully afterwards. The camera has a resolution of only 3.0 megapixels however, the pictures taken with it are reasonable. Thanks to the Symbian software it is easy to install many additional applications and excellent synchronization is enabled. Email and Internet are always at hand with the Samsung i-550, certainly thanks to the HSDPA speed, although the Wi-Fi functionality is lacking.

Samsung SGH-i550 multimedia

The i-550 also serves for multimedia use, the jacket connection on the top side of the handset enables connecting any headset you want. The Samsung i-550 is certainly a nice mobile phone with many functions. The size might make it somewhat unappealing to many people, while for people who just want a simple and larger mobile, the device might be too complicated. Clearly this mobile phone is a business mobile phone and that makes it not a bad choice at all. The only real disadvantages are the TrackBall, that doesn't work that easily, and as said before, the lack of Wi-Fi.
