Motorola not only showed up at the CES with a tremendous amount of cell phones, but we also saw a few Motorola photo frames on display there. Digital photo frames have become quite popular over the past few years, not only for the consumers at home, but also in display windows or with other business activities we are seeing the digital frames being used more and more often as a means of communication. The Motorola digital photo frames are available in diverse formats and models. The frames are pretty standard in themselves, and not exactly eye-catchers, but after all, it is the content that is shown that will determine if the Motorola digital photo frames will grab attention.

The leaking of unknown Motorola cell phones seems to be turning into a conscious strategy. So it is apparent that Motorola has a large series of new cell phones planned for 2010 and especially the first quarter of 2010, but is seems as though not a week goes by that we see an ‘unexpected' new model appearing. This time it is the Motorola Shadow, although Motorola Mirage is also given as a possible model name. The Motorola Shadow mobile phone’s large 4.3-inch format LCD screen is remarkable, only the HTC HD2 phone has a comparable display. It is also expected that the Motorola Shadow will be equipped with the popular Google Android Operating System.

Yet again, an unknown Motorola smartphone surfaced, this time it’s the Motorola XT800. Google’s Android OS seems to be becoming the saving grace for Motorola, as they were appearing predominantly in negative light in the news until recently. With the Google Android as OS, in only a few months there has only been positive news announced about Motorola and its products lately. Additionally, the unofficial Motorola roadmap is showing big plans and some interesting cell phones that will be made available in 2010. The Motorola XT800 is such a phone, although it has not yet been officially announced, it has leaked out, with some specifications.

Slowly, more and more details are being released about the new Motorola Android cell phone. In any case, it appears that the Motorola XT701 will be offered by a Chinese provider, but we will probably run into the Motorola Android smartphone under a different name on the western market. The most recent information speaks of an Android phone with a version 2.1 Operating System and a large 3.7-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 480x854 pixels. Mobile photography should also be possible with the Motorola XT701, via a built-in 5 Megapixel camera that records pictures with a resolution of 2592x1944 pixels. That is enough for a fine print.

With the introduction of the Motorola DROID, another Motorola Android smartphone seemed to have been forgotten. What was the deal again with the Motorola Sholes? Many thought that the Sholes would eventually become a DROID, but recent information shows us that there are still reasons for the existence of a Motorola Sholes Android smartphone. There are still no definite mobile phone specifications available, but leaked images make up for that. What we were able to find out right now is that the Motorola Sholes is equipped with an HDMI interface, which signals the existence of HD video support with an 8 Megapixel camera for mobile photography.
