Microvision, a leader in innovative ultra-miniature projection display products for mobile devices, today announced plans to unveil the pre-production version of its laser display solution for mobile devices at Macworld Conference and Expo 2009 in San Francisco. Providing an even more brilliant display experience and a 25% package-size reduction over Microvision’s SHOW prototype, SHOW WX, the code name for the new device, combines ultra-thin pocket-sized convenience with the power to project DVD-resolution images up to 100 inches across.

Microvision, developer of light-scanning technologies for display and imaging products, will unveil at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES 2008) in Las Vegas next week an advanced prototype of the first handheld, battery-powered, ‘plug-and-play’ projector based on the company’s single micro-mirror laser scanning display technology. Code-named SHOW, Microvision’s stand-alone pico projector intended for mobile device applications, is powered by the company’s proprietary ultra-miniature PicoP display engine. Microvision will preview the PDA-sized, fully self-contained, battery operated, full-color laser projector to select global OEMs, mobile carriers, content providers, development partners and members of the media.

Microvision, Inc., a global leader in innovative ultra-miniature projection display and image capture products for mobility applications, announced that it plans to unveil new advancements in its proprietary ultra-miniature display system, called PicoP, at the Society of Information Display (SID) annual conference in Long Beach, California, May 22 - 25, 2007. Microvision expects to showcase multiple projector model prototypes representing the recent PicoP advancements it has made in collaboration with several of the Company's high volume manufacturing and key component supply chain partners.

Microvision, the global leader in light scanning technologies for display and imaging products, announced that it will unveil and demonstrate during the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas an ultra-thin, miniature full-color projection display that is small enough to be embedded in portable hand-held devices including mobile phones. The miniature projection display prototype, based on Microvision’s proprietary Integrated Photonics Module (IPM), has been developed in collaboration with one of the Company’s high volume manufacturing partners to position Microvision to deliver mobile users worldwide a large screen viewing experience inside a thin and sleek portable package.
