Dailymotion, the world's largest independent video sharing site, announced the availability of an iPhone-compatible version of the popular site. The new portal features a simplified graphic user interface as well as Quicktime-compatible encoding, both facilitating the viewing of Dailymotion's high-quality online video entertainment directly through the device's Safari web browser. The new site retains popular Dailymotion functionality including easy access to featured and top-rated content as well as to Dailymotion channels, recently-added videos and contributions from the MotionMaker program that identifies and rewards outstanding contributors to the Dailymotion creative community.
