Google has found yet another goose that lays the golden eggs, or at least it is starting to look like that for Android. Manufactures are more than eager to jump on the Android train in order to not miss out. During the last few weeks, quite a number of Android smartphones have either been introduced or leaked through non-official channels, and it looks like we are about to see another one. The LG Shine has another successor with the very unoriginal name LG Shine 2. Since this month, AT&T is offering the new LG Shine 2 handset in its package and is focusing on the bottom end of the market with this stylish budget phone. According to recent information, the LG Shine 2 mobile phone will be available on November 22nd for the very low price of 80 Euros. There is no information available about whether and when the LG Shine 2 will be available outside of the U.S. market, but it is safe to assume that you can put the LG Shine 2 on your wish list. Perhaps not quite feasible for St. Nicholas, but the LG Shine 2 could easily be a present under the Christmas tree.

It has not yet officially been launched however; we do expect the launch of the Motorola i680 any minute now. This Motorola is a clamshell phone aimed at the entry-level market, a so-called budget phone. In times of economical crisis, like today, products aimed at this low budget market become more important than they were before. Even if the Motorola i680 cell phone is not all that exiting when it comes to technique; it definitely features enough multimedia functions to provide entertainment whilst traveling by public transport. The Motorola i680 phone supports Bluetooth and GPS and the 800/900Mhz network. Consequently, the Motorola i680 mobile phone puts itself offside for use within European borders.
