Casio Europe GmbH announce the release of a new industrial PDA. The Casio IT-800 offers 3.5G wireless WAN (GPRS/UMTS/EDGE/HSDPA) capability, providing a high-speed data connection (download speed of up to 7.2 Mbps), as well as voice communication for telephone functionality. This makes the remote access and downloads of information from an office server very easy and also enables field workers to communicate rapidly with the management department without using a mobile phone.

LetsGoDigital published their Casio Exilim EX-V7 review. To start with, the Casio EX-V7 is a slim camera, but most remarkably, it has an incredible zoom range for such a compact camera. It has a 7x optical zoom, which is equivalent to a 38 to 266 mm zoom. And that in such a compact model! To prevent movement blur, the Casio EX-V7 has a built-in image stabiliser; the image sensor can shift. On top of that, the camera has an Anti Shake DSP; as the camera detects movement in the subject, it searches for the ideal ISO rate and shutter speed.

Digital camera enthusiasts are all familiar with the Exilim series Casio offers, but we still have to see the first Exilim mobile phone to reach the market outside Asia. Casio Korea is proud to introduce their high resolution mobile camera phone; the Casio Exilim W53CA. Unfortunately, for now, we will not be able to get a sample in our hands because the Casio W53CA is for the Asian (Japan) market only. Casio is one of the pioneers of the digital camera market and is already active for more than a decade. The stunning designed Exilim cameras are famous all over the world and often copied by the competition.
