If there is a product that is the most talked about in 2009, than it's definitely the so-called Apple tablet, which according to the rumor machine, should be coming out on a daily basis. The latest information about this officially non-existent product is that a name is known. The tablet will be called Apple iSlate, and could be coming out soon. The fact that the editor-in-chief of the New York Times was already talking about the so-called Slate tablet in a speech to his staff, and with the discovery that Apple has had the name patented, we will probably be seeing the introduction of the Apple iSlate in a not too distant future.

The introduction of the new iPod Touch caused for some disappointment. Not because of its several shortcomings in audio quality, but because one of the expectations was that the new iPod would be equipped with a digital camera. The iPod Touch Video was expected to be introduced, so that the iPod Touch could record video clips with the camera. Why the digital camera is missing in the new iPod Touch is still unclear until now, but the most persistent rumors say that it was because it did not pass the quality control. That made it the end of the story for the iPod Touch Video, and the Apple fan was presented with a new, yet less impressive iPod Touch.

One of those persistent rumors that keeps popping up, is about the development of a smaller iPhone 3Gs, also called Apple iPhone Nano. Perhaps an iPhone Nano is simply the most desired item, and we can certainly imagine why. The iPhone 3GS has had a major impact on the development of new phones, and has at the same time also influenced the creative minds of the developers that tend to stay in the background. We can certainly see potential for a small iPhone Nano, although a smaller screen does require appropriate adjustments. The latest rumors report the development of an Apple iPhone Nano with a 2.8-inch screen.

Apple is booming: whether it's an iPod MP3 player or an iMac computer, each Apple product is bit mystical. Such is the Apple iPhone, which is in fact just a regular cell phone. Only the rumor that they are working on a basic model iPhone, the iPhone 3Gs 8GB, is stirring things up again. It must be the fault of the Android mobile phone, which is coming from a manufacturer whose existence often appears to be hanging on a thin thread. The Motorola MILESTONE Android phone, or otherwise known as the Motorola DROID, could create fierce competition, especially in the lowest segment of today’s mobile phone market.

The Apple iPhone 3GS has only recently become available, but the first rumors about a new iPhone (iPhone 4G?) are already flooding the internet. According to the rumors and a well-informed source, according to himself, Apple is testing a prototype iPhone with built-in RIFD reader. For those not familiar with RFID; this is a technology to store and read information from a distance of so-called RFID tags, which are found in or on objects. In practice, you come across these on a daily base in the form of detection gates in shops. But why would an Apple iPhone 4G be equipped with RFID, and what could a possible functionality of RFID be?
