Alltel Wireless and Samsung Mobile, the most popular mobile phone provider in the United States, announced the availability of the Samsung Double Take handset in Alltel retail stores and online via the alltel website. With the holiday season right around the corner, texters should put this new Samsung cell phone at the top of their wishlist to Santa. The Samsung Double Take includes a sliding full QWERTY keyboard - great for sending a quick text to a friend or a holiday themed photo to the entire family. The phone’s Bluetooth capabilities, built in speakerphone and internal phone book with up to 1000 entries keeps Alltel customers connected, even during the busiest time of year.

Alltel Wireless rings in the holidays with return of popular stop-motion animation TV spots and cheerful offers on popular handsets. To ring in the holiday season, Alltel Wireless, America’s largest wireless network, is bringing back the popular stop-motion animation characters that brightened its TV commercials last year. The Sales Guys and Chad return in animated form as their rivalry continues. While Chad encourages everyone to communicate with friends and family this holiday season with “My Circle,” the Sales Guys continue to be naughty in their plot to ruin the festive season.

Alltel Wireless, America’s largest network, has teamed with Ontela to bring their customers PhotoCopter, a breakthrough service that finally unlocks the photos trapped inside their mobile phones. PhotoCopter saves every camera phone photo customers snap to their home computers and favorite web photo albums. PhotoCopter automatically transfers the taken picture to the personal computer - with no extra buttons to push. The PhotoCopter service is exclusively available to Alltel customers with the Motorola V3m, V3a, V9m and ROKR for $2.99/month, providing customers with unlimited picture transfer to their PC, email address, and web photo albums including Photobucket, Flickr, Blogger, and Snapfish.

Alltel Wireless America’s largest network, providing coverage across the nation, introduced Digby Powered by Alltel, a free mobile shopping service for new Research In Motion (RIM) BlackBerry smartphone users. As a result, Alltel customers will have easy access to products from an expanding list of retailers that includes Barnes & Noble, Best Buy, Godiva Chocolatier, and online retailer FTD. Customers can easily access Digby by going to the Alltel website from their mobile phone and selecting Digby.

Alltel Wireless, America's largest network, announced the Alltel Hue by Samsung is now exclusively available at shopalltel and Alltel Wireless retail locations. The phone offers a wide variety of features including Alltel's patent-pending Celltop technology, an MP3 player with Jump Music capabilities, a 1.3 megapixel camera with video, and a choice of colorful, interchangeable faceplates. Now through Sept. 13, 2007, customers who buy the Alltel Hue will receive the Alltel Snap flip-phone free, while supplies last, after a $20 mail-in-rebate with a two-year service agreement.
