The tiles on its big startscreen offer a clean and well arranged user interface. If you have experiences with a Nokia Lumia smartphone, the interface looks more familiar. The People Hub is an new way of staying in contact with all your friends or family. Microsoft Office mobile comes included, as well as extended e-mail functionality. Despite the 1,4Ghz single-core processor, the Nokia Lumia 900 responds quickly. Within a few simple clicks, you can access any application from your phone. The Windows Phone 7.5 was introduced together with the slogan 'put people first'. In the Nokia Lumia 900, this brings a unique way to handle contact persons form with the People Hub. This app actually replaces the traditional contact list and does not only show simple contact info, but also it allows you to be in constant contact with your friends or family. Everything is linked together: contact information, Facebook, LinkedIn, Windows Live and Twitter. You can easily view all photographs that your contact has placed on one of these social media websites. That is not all; your contact history is also shown in the list. Whether this was via mobile phone, a text message, an e-mail, or via social media sites such as Facebook, everything is brought together in one unique and almost addictive form.

 

 

Nokia Lumia review

The Nokia Lumia 900 Windows Phone is equipped with an 8 Megapixel digital camera and a high-performance Carl-Zeiss optics. The Lumia phone also features an 1 Megapixel front-facing camera, which can be used for video calling or taking pictures of your own pretty face. Additionally, it is possible to geo-tag your pictures with the Nokia Lumia 900. However, there is no tile for the digital camera application found on the main screen. You can always push the button on the right side of the phone to start up the digital camera application. You can also place the camera tile on the start screen via applications.

In our opinion, the Nokia Lumia 900 is the best Windows Smartphone available on the market.
