Motorola Motonav TN700 navigation system
Equipped with a 5.1-inch display, Motorola is trying to find a connection with the big players such as Garmin and TomTom with the Motonav TN700. Motorola is trying to distinguish itself by making Google Search possible, among other things.

The Motorola TN700 has an internal POI database available to search for restaurants, ATMs, etc. but Google Search is especially strong in searching for local solutions. For example by entering the name of a business, the address and navigation can be found. To make Google Search possible, the Motonav TN700 first has to be paired with a Bluetooth cell phone.

Next to the Motorola Motonav TN700, the Motonav TN500 also made its debut at the CES 2010 in Las Vegas. The biggest difference between the two navigation systems is the display format. The Motorola TN500 is equipped with a 4.3-inch display instead of the TN700's 5.1-inch display. Both Motorola navigation systems are expected to be available in the first quarter of 2010.
