D uring five days, visitors of the Miljonair Fair can gaze at all the magnificence and splendor on display at this luxurious event. The Miljonair Fair 2009 is already the eighth edition, and it is taking place in Amsterdam. Dressed according to the Black Tie dress code, we visited opening night, which was hosted by Sarah Ferguson. This deluxe event was also used by Samsung as a stage to bring attention to their special products. They are indeed special; an exclusive Samsung Watchphone (S9110) and the stylish Giorgio Armani II (B7620).

Samsung S9110 Watchphone

The Samsung S9110 Watchphone was previously introduced outside of the Netherlands, but now the Dutch consumer that has a weakness for high-tech and gadgets can enjoy it as well. The Samsung S9110 of course has a self-evidently small, 1.76-inch display, but it is a touch-screen type and is provided with a coating so that the exclusive Watchphone is scratch- and dirt resistant. The Samsung S9110 has an amazing amount of features, such as Bluetooth support, an MP3 player, voice recognition and Outlook sync.

Samsung B7620 Giorgio Armani phone

The second product that Samsung Netherlands saved especially for the Miljonair Fair 2009 VIP night is the Samsung B7620, otherwise known as the Giorgio Armani II. The Samsung Giorgio Armani II is the result of the collaboration between Giorgio Armani, Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., and Microsoft, and is the third generation cell phone designed by Giorgio Armani. The first Giorgio Armani Samsung cell phone was introduced in 2007, followed by the introduction of the Emporio Armani Samsung in 2008. The new Samsung B7620 Giorgio Armani II smartphone is a combination of powerful functions and user-friendliness and of course a stylish design for the trendy consumer.

Next to the exclusive Samsung phones, there was of course more to be seen at the Miljonair Fair. It is by far the opportunity and the place for suppliers of deluxe products to present themselves to the so-called ‘rich & famous', CEOs, entrepreneurs, networkers, go-getters and the media.
