A handy teenager had a good look at the new Android 2.1 ROM for the HTC Hero, and came across a few model names, the majority of which we have not seen before. They are the so-called codenames that most likely belong to new HTC Android cell phones that have not been introduced yet. The Mobile World Congress 2010, which will be held in Barcelona in February, is expected to be the moment in which the leaked HTC telephones will receive an official status. Until then, we shall have to make do with the Bahamas, Bravo, DesireC, Dragon, Dream, Espresso, Halo, HeroCT, HeroC, Hero, Huangshan, Incredible, Legend, Liberty, Memphis, Paradise, PassionC, Passion, Sapphire and Supersonic.

The coming period we will keep an eye on these HTC Android phones and will publish updates when we receive new information. The Google Android OS has made quite an impression when we look at the amount of Android phones that have been introduced in the past few weeks, or have made headlines otherwise. And this only seems to be the beginning for Google. The pieces of the puzzle seem to fall into place more and more. When you let all the different Google parts sink in, and think about their potential, then Google is on the road to turning the communication world upside down.
