S amsung Mobile UK announces that its Galaxy handset (Samsung i7500) is now available on the O2 network in the United Kingdom through O2 retail stores and O2’s telesales team. The Samsung Galaxy smartphone is the company’s first handset powered by Android, giving customers instant access to familiar applications, as well as access to a range of ever-expanding services being developed for the Google Android platform.
