P hotobucket, a photo and video-sharing site, announces the availability of an innovative mobile photo service exclusively for T-Mobile that enables users to send photos directly from mobile handsets to several destinations: a Photobucket album, a PC hard drive, or an email address. "T-Mobile is pleased to be working with Photobucket to expand the offerings that help our customers stick together," said Venetia Espinoza, Director, Mobile Applications and Partner Programs, T-Mobile. "Partners play an essential role in ensuring that our customers have access to new, innovative experiences and Photobucket provides a great experience for sharing spur-of-the-moment photos with family and friends."

"Photobucket is excited to work with T-Mobile to make photo sharing on mobile handsets even easier," said Alex Welch, President of Photobucket. "By broadening the options that T-Mobile customers have in porting their photos, the Photobucket Mobile Uploader for T-Mobile gives users the most complete photo sharing experience possible."

Upload and share pictures via Photobucket

To utilize the application, T-Mobile subscribers can download the application for a free 21-day trial to select handsets, including Blackberry Curve, Blackberry Pearl and three Windows Mobile devices. T-Mobile subscribers that do not currently have a Photobucket account can create one for free at the website of Photobucket, and then link their T-Mobile phone to their Photobucket online photo album via the new service. Once the mobile uploader software has been downloaded, the application allows users to choose where photos taken from their mobile phones should be automatically uploaded to: a Photobucket album, their PC's hard drive or directly to an email address.
