G olfshot, an easy and efficient scorecard app that automatically generates tour quality statistics and allows golfers to share and compare their rounds, will be available on the Apple App Store beginning today. Shotzoom Software, maker of Golfshot, is leveraging their developer history in creating professional statistical analysis software to bring real game statistics to amateur sports. Golfers can now score their rounds, view detailed game analysis, and share rounds with friends on the world’s most popular smartphone.

The Golfshot software application for iPhone and iPod touch is available for $5.99 in the iTunes App Store on both mobile devices or at the Apple iTunes website. Future upgrades will provide distance golf GPS measurements and hole-by-hole flyovers.
