HTC S740 smartphone with QWERTY keyboard
It's ever so easy to use the full QWERTY keyboard for emailing, sending text messages and surfing the Internet. Since the monitor rotates upon pushing open the keyboard, a wider screen becomes available. A nice addition is the automatic appearance of a quick menu whilst pushing it open, to start a text message, an email or a messenger message. The only downer is the slow rotation of the screen.

HTC S740 review - Windows Mobile smartphone
The HTC S740 works with operating system Windows Mobile 6.1. A start button, similar to the one found on the computer, will give you access to the main menu. You won't see all the programs directly, though; you are shown an overview of the nine most recently selected applications. From there, you can click on to the remaining programs. A downside of this structure is that applications are never displayed at the same spot, which will make you have to scroll through the menu a lot.
