Hop-on, announced that the Company has successfully received from The United States of America a Design Patent on a MP3 Phone with speakers on the side, in addition to front and side buttons to activate its camera/video features. Mr. Michaels, President of Hop-on, Inc. stated “We look forward to the four major carriers, manufactures selling products and major retailers in the US to cooperate with Hop-on’s past and future royalties of its design patent. Most MP3 flip phones on the market today have speakers on the side of the phones. We will be seeking royalties from previous and future sales of this design; there have been millions of similar phones sold on the market.”

Avvenu, Inc., the company that provides consumers with remote access and sharing of their personal media, announced the availability of the Avvenu Music Player for Windows Mobile 5. Avvenu’s new mobile music service allows iTunes users to listen to and share their iTunes music library anytime, anywhere, by streaming music directly to Windows Mobile Smartphone devices. The Avvenu Music Player is a web-based service that allows users to listen and share music from their iTunes playlists.
