Alltel Solution Finder

The Alltel Solution Finder allows customers to select from six criteria that reflect the needs of their business and then guides a search of the most appropriate tools and relevant solutions. The site's easy navigation allows visitors to choose criteria by industry, solution type, number of employees and platform. Customers can also choose to be contacted by a consultant to receive additional information and support, making the deployment of new or existing solutions seamless.

"Alltel is more than a service provider - we want to provide solutions to our customers that increase the efficiency of the workplace and enable them to grow their businesses," said David Maddox, director of advanced data solutions for Alltel Wireless. "By logging on to AlltelSolutions, decision makers from a variety of industries will find important tools to help mobilize their workforce." On AlltelSolutions, customers will find information pertaining to a wide range of options for vertical markets such as transportation, government, education, utilities, construction and real estate, healthcare, insurance and agriculture. Alltel provides wireless solutions such as GPS, security, and management tools.

 

 

 

Alltel HazMasterG3 mobile application

Recently, Alltel launched the HazMasterG3, a mobile application that details chemical, biological and radiological agents, trade names and explosives such as Improvised Explosive Devices (IED) in military and civilian law enforcement. For businesses with employees in the field, Alltel offers TimecardGPS, an application that lets managers track employees in real time, monitor team clock-in and out, and compile customized reports. In total, more than 65 different applications and services such as Geoage's Field Adapted Survey Toolkit (FAST) and TrueContext's Prontoforms are available on AlltelSolutions.

 

Anytime Plan Changes

Business customers on a qualifying calling plan can also receive "My Circle," Alltel's exclusive feature that allows customers to choose who they call for free - any 10 numbers, any network. Alltel Wireless also offers Anytime Plan Changes which gives customers the flexibility to change their rate plan any time, without extending their contract and Voice2TXT, an application that quickly converts incoming voicemails into text messages in user's inbox enabling convenient viewing and response.
