T odays small electronic companions are hard to banish from our life. Everybody uses at least one or more of these companions. A special battery charger is needed for each mobile phone, digital camera, camcorder, PDA, MP3 player or car navigation system. All these chargers are not very environmentally friendly, because they consume a lot of energy, even if they are not charging. The Pixo C2 universal mobile phone charger replaces all these battery chargers. The Pixo C2 universal phone charger is a further development of the approved Pixo C1 charger. The Pixo C2 charges all battery packs from digital cameras and camcorders and on top also standard NiMH / NiCd round cells of the types AA / Mignon or AAA / Micro.

 

Pixo C2 universal phone charger

The new Pixo C2universal mobile phone charger works with unique snap-in support and contacts all present and future batteries without additional adapter plates. The charger has in addition a USB type power output to charge mobile phones, PDAs, MP3 Players, and car navigation systems. All up-to-date mobile phones from Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Motorola and Samsung can be charged via the supplied USB charge cable with adapter plugs. PDAs, MP3 players and car navigation systems are charged via a standard USB cable. All devices and batteries are charged as usual. The Pixo C2 universal phone charger base unit stands on the table and works like a kind of docking station. The annoying search for the right charge cable is no longer required. For worldwide operation the compact charger is shipped with an energy saving switch mode power supply with a input voltage from 100-240 volts. For mobile use it comes with a 12 volt car cigarette lighter plug. Suggested retail price is 49.90 Euro.

USB mobile phone charge cable

The charger comes with a special USB Mobile Phone Charge Cable with adapters for the most up-to-date mobile phones from Nokia, Sony Ercisson, Motorola and Samsung. All other devices are charged via generic USB cable. The charging process is controled by the circuit of the external device and it is possible to charge different battery technologies. The charging states are shown on the external device. The charging time depends on the external device. It is not possible to indicate any charging time for these external devices. USB output rating: 5.3 VDC maximum 500 mA.
