Harman Kardon Digital Lounge

Digital Lounge systems

The Digital Lounge 640HD and Digital Lounge 646HD are also 5.1 systems; their LCD TV's have screen diagonals of 40 inches and 46 inches, respectively. Both screens offer full 1080p HD resolution. The new Digital Lounge systems provide everything necessary to make watching movies and listening to music at home a special experience. All the components - DVD receivers, flat-screen televisions and powerful surround speakers - are optimally matched to one another, and can be operated via the included adaptive, elegantly styled remote control. A DVB-T tuner for the reception of high-quality TV signals is integrated. Four HDMITM inputs (2 x 1080p, 2 x 1080i), as well as four digital inputs (3 x coaxial, 1 x optical), ensure that the highest quality signal available can be processed from a wide range of source products.

Harman Kardon Lounge systems - iPod ready

The proprietary Harman Kardon EzSet/EQTM calibration system allows the loudspeakers to be easily adapted, even by home theater novices, to the existing room acoustics. All the systems are iPod-ready, and with (the optionally available) The Bridge from Harman Kardon, it's simple to connect, control and charge docking-capable iPod models. Of course, other mobile multimedia devices such as MP3 players, cameras or games consoles can also be connected without problem, thanks to USB-On-the-Go.

Harman Kardon Logic 7

The center speaker can optionally be integrated in the stand supplied with the LCD TV, or mounted on the wall. The satellite speakers are also suitable for wall-mounting. A pair of HTFS-2 stands is supplied for the front speakers, enabling the ideal placement of all speakers in any environment. Harman Kardon Logic 7 processing converts stereo signals into a multichannel format to produce exceptional sound with accurate surround imaging.

Home entertainment - Digital Lounge systems

Proven features from the earlier Digital Lounge systems are incorporated in the new systems; some of the many are bass management, individual and separately adjustable inputs, picture-in-picture function (when using analog tuner), and simultaneous playback of MP3 and JPEG files. All components in the Harman Kardon Digital Lounge systems meet the standard of perfection for which the company is renowned so, whether you're watching movies, listening to music, or playing games with the games console, you'll have the best home-entertainment experience possible. And all that impressive performance is complemented by the Digital Lounge systems' elegant design.
