any athletes swear that they need external support; thankfully, most of them only get this support from music using MP3 players. The Hama “DMP 620 Sports” models are the right companion: lightweight, splash-proof, and in cool colours. The new 2 GB player’s rubberised case, available in red, blue, green, orange or yellow, defies wind and weather. Body-conscious users in particular will value the integrated stopwatch and calculator for the body mass index that many swear by. The inner workings of the lightweight “Sports” players (33 grams including rechargeable battery) also have a lot to offer.

Hama DMP 620 - Availability
In addition to MP3 files, it plays back the wide-spread WMA format and has an integrated radio with memory for 20 stations. It can even record directly from the radio. Five equaliser settings for pop, rock, jazz, flat and bass means that music always sounds its best. Additional features: ID3 tag display, monochrome OLED display, integrated lithium-polymer rechargeable battery for about 18 hours of playback, USB 2.0 high-speed connector and a mini-USB connection cable. The new Hama players will be available in stores beginning in September.
