LiMo Foundation - Linux based software platform

Motorola, NEC, NTT DoCoMo, Panasonic Mobile Communications, Samsung Electronics, and Vodafone established the LiMo Foundation to develop the world's first globally competitive, Linux-based software platform for mobile devices. "Celunite joined the LiMo Foundation as a core member the moment LiMo began admitting non-founding members," said Hankil Yoon, vice president of Linux Platform and Devices for Samsung Electronics' Mobile Communication Division and chair of LiMo's Architecture Council. "This prompt action demonstrates Celunite's commitment to developing open mobile Linux solutions."
