O range Business Services has signed a global integration services contract with Riverbed Technology, the performance leader in wide-area data services, to provide global installation and maintenance support, including a four-hour response time to replace field parts to Riverbed customers worldwide. Orange Business Services’ field services and logistics capabilities will allow Riverbed to ensure seamless business continuity, regardless of the size and location of enterprise customers. Riverbed’s award-winning WDS solutions are deployed on all seven continents to provide distributed workforces with LAN-like performance, while at the same time safeguarding data and reducing IT costs.
