LG - Customer satisfaction index
LG led the customer satisfaction index in the U.S. in 9 of 19 categories, leading to a stellar 80% rate of user satisfaction, and in 17 of 19 categories in Western Europe scoring an even more impressive 86% customer satisfaction rate. "LG's performance in the Strategy Analytics Wireless Device Customer Satisfaction Index was impressive on both sides of the Atlantic," said Paul Brown, Wireless Analyst at Strategy Analytics.

Strategy Analytics Advanced Wireless Lab Service
Strategy Analytics is a Boston based independent research and consulting firm. This research was conducted within the Strategy Analytics Advanced Wireless Lab Service, a testing and benchmarking lab quantifiably measuring and identifying ‘best in class' device, application, and services. The AWL is focused on evaluating pre-commercial and recently launched advanced cellular products, including handsets, applications and services, in both the US and Europe. The AWL Service also conducts survey research several times per year to gauge and update end user cellular behavioral patterns, brand preference, and satisfaction indications.
